Crock-Pot Meatballs Appetizer Recipe

Farmers Market Recipe by Rustic Tomato (Salt Lake City, Utah)

About 44 oz of pre-cooked Meatballs

1 12 oz Jar Smokey Chipotle Rustic Tomato™ Chili Sauce

(or your favorite flavor)

9 oz (1 jar) cranberry jalapeno jelly or other slightly spiced jelly

½ Cup Coconut Palm Sugar or Brown Sugar

1 T Lemon Juice



Easier than boiling water!

Combine wet ingredients in small mixing bowl. 

Dump frozen meatballs into cooking sprayed crockpot.

Pour wet ingredients over meatballs.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Serve with rice, fresh bread and a roasted green for a meal.
