Domaine Santé Grape Nectar (San Diego, CA)

Farmers Market Friends travels to markets around the world to discover the most delicious goods and creative makers. Learn more about one of these creative makers, Domaine Santé.

This is not your average sweetener!

We met Emily and Jeff, founders of Domaine Santé, at the North Park Thursday Farmers Market in San Diego, CA last summer. Emily is a nutritionist and Jeff is a certified sommelier and acclaimed mixologist. By combining their passions and expertise they have created Domaine Santé, a delicious and unique natural sweetener.

Domaine Santé sustainably sources wine grapes from Northern California to bring you natural sweeteners made from the wine harvest. Their nectars are an all natural, low sugar/carb, low glycemic sweetener option. They can be used in a variety of ways: marinades, cocktails, baking, tea, and many more. Healthy + delicious = WIN-WIN!!!

You can shop their products at the Domaine Santé booth on our marketplace, which includes a sample size or small set of the bold Bored-O Rouge (a blend that contains 3 red grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec), the crisp Bored-O Blanc (a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon white grapes), and the refreshing All-Sass (Alsace Gewurztraminer and Riesling grapes).
